Apply css to User Control in SharePoint 2010

Hi,

We had added css file to layouts folder and calling the same in user control as below

Now in the css file, under the class name we have provided the styles

.ext-branding-textarea

{

    float:left; margin:0px 130px 0px 0px !important;

}
