Visio Service Application Fixes

Hi,

Things that required for Visio to work:

·         Service application association to the web application

·         Visio account should have db_owner permission to the database of the site collection where you are testing

·         And in site collection feature this feature should be active “SharePoint Enterprise site collection feature”

·         Configure Visio service account in Central Administration of SharePoint

·         Still if the issue persists stop and start the Visio service through ‘Manage Services on Server’ of SharePoint Central Administration

Finally add some OOTB workflow and click the workflow should be seen in Visio diagram. If you see this output then your visio is working.
