Hi,
We were facing below issue when we were trying to open the Document library with ‘Open with Explorer’ option in SharePoint 2010 site.
Finally our architect has found the solution for this i.e.
By giving the below values in the Request Filtering Settings of IIS, issue has been resolved.
These values have been updated in all the servers of the farm but not in the DB servers.
